WPC panel, known as Wood Plastic Composite, is such a new material that is composited by wood, plastic and high-polymer. It is now widely accepted by people, and used in indoor and outdoor decorations, toys-producing, landscapes and so on. Dated back to 1970s, WPC panel has appeared. At that time, some U.S scientists tried to use plastic to take place of wood, by their researches results. In 1972, they found the wood-plastic material during their process of research, which has very good characteristics: natural beauty and good mechanical properties like wood, flexibility and durability like plastic. Based on these properties, it is widely used in different areas. At the beginning, WPC materials were used to produce landscapes designs, like outdoor WPC cladding and garden furniture. By the time moves, more and more WPC panel materials are used in outdoor decking, flooring, indoor/out wall decoration and fence.
